Heleen Dekoninck is a postdoctoral researcher at the Media, Information & Persuasion Lab (KU Leuven) under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Michaël Opgenhaffen and Prof. Dr. Desirée Schmuck. Her research project focuses on adolescents' social media use, crisis communication as well as social media influencers' pro-environmental communication.
